Errol Hale, elder, pastor. Born: 1956 Converted: 1976 Married Frances: 1974 Three daughters: Sarah Dreiling, b. 1977 (she and husband Jeff have three daughters: Ruby Grace, Holly Joy, and Betsy Hope); Rebekah, b. 1982; and Rachel b. 1986.
Errol was born in a Christian home. In 1974, he married his high school sweetheart, Frances. Though raised in a Christian home, Errol was not converted until 1976, when he and Frances were converted through the witness of a co-worker. The two served in several Baptist Churches and in a Calvary Chapel. Errol graduated from International Bible College and Seminary with a B.A. and an M.A. in Church History, and earned a Doctorate in Practical Theology from Master's Graduate School of Divinity. Errol is the founding pastor of Grace Bible Church, the church having started as a Bible Study in the Hale home. Errol is gifted in teaching and in administration.

James Urquidez, elder, pastor. Born: 1964 Converted:
1986 Married Delene: 1991 Three daughters: Priscilla, b. 1996; Julia Anne and Lydia Rose, b. 2002.
James began working in hardwood flooring before graduating from Taft High School in 1982. He began his walk with the Lord in 1986 at Grace Bible Church, where he was discipled. He got his hardwood flooring contractor's license in 1990. He met and married his wife, Delene, at Grace Bible in 1991. He became a deacon at Grace Bible in 1992 and subsequently served as an elder in 1996. In 1997, James and his family went to Mexico for two years and lived and worked at an orphanage. They returned in 1999 and he began a new term as elder in 2001. James has been involved in many aspects of ministry, including leadership, missions and outreach, maintenance, and teaching in both children's Sunday School and adult meetings. James came on staff as a ministry intern in July of 2002 and was ordained in September of 2007.

Duval Capozzi, elder. Born: 1966 Converted:
1983 Married Kathryn: 1991 One son: Samuel, b. 1995.
Duval grew up in New York City before relocating to California as a teenager. He began walking with the Lord in 1983 at the age of 17. Duval served in Prison Ministry from 1984-1990 and began attending Grace Bible in 1988. He met his wife, Kathryn, at Grace Bible and married in 1991. The two moved to Las Vegas, Nevada where Duval served as Youth Group leader and continued Prison Ministry until their return to California in July 1992. Through the years Duval has joyfully served in various ministries, including teaching both Sunday school and adult meetings and working with the Youth. Currently, Duval is employed at Boston Scientific in Valencia as a Training Manager. Duval was installed as an Elder in 2007.

James Detwiler, elder. Born: 1962 Converted:
1970 Married Kristine: 1989 Two daughters: Vanessa, b. 1996; Melissa, b. 2004.
Jim grew up in Southern California. He was raised going to church regularly, and responded to the gospel message as a child, but it was when he was about 15 years old that he started growing in understanding of the Christian faith. In the mid-1980’s, he attended a weekly home Bible study which would later become Grace Bible Church. Some time afterwards, around 1986, he began attending Grace Bible Church regularly. It was there that he met his wife, Kris; they were married in 1989. Jim has served in a number of ministries at Grace Bible, including teaching children's Sunday School and maintaining the church website. Jim has worked for over twenty years as a computer programmer, and currently works for a travel company.

Jeffrey Dickenson, elder. Born: 1954 Converted:
1978 Married Elizabeth: 1977 Two sons: Jacob, b. 1979; Jesse, b. 1980.
Jeff is a native of Southern California, was born in Port Hueneme, lived in Burbank and then Sylmar before moving to Simi Valley in 1965 and has been a resident of Moorpark since 1979.
Jeff is a founding member of Grace Bible Church who enjoys the honor and privilege of ministering and serving as a Sunday School Teacher, an usher, a Home Fellowship Leader, a discipleship leader, a cleaning and maintenance steward, and as a member of the Leadership Team.

John Daleske, deacon. Born: 1946 Converted:
1996 Married Colleen: 1969 Three children: Nicole, Brian, Melissa.
John earned a B.S. degree in Political Science and Doctorate of Jurisprudence. He has worked in procurement over the past thirty years. He began his walk with the Lord in 1996 at Grace Bible Church and serves on the ministries of hospitality, maintenance, and finance.

Richard Lannom, deacon. Born: 1944 Converted:
1996 Married Rosemary: 1966 One son: Curtis Lee b. 1969 and one daughter Cheryl Ann b. 1972.
Richard, after graduating from Los Angeles Trade Technical College in 1965, started as an apprentice in the electrical trade. In November, 1965, he joined the United States Air Force. In 1966 Richard married his high school sweetheart, Rosemary. They have been married 40 years. After the Air Force, in 1969, he started working in the newspaper business as a journeyman electrician. He retired in 2001 from the Los Angeles Times. He started walking with the Lord in 1996 at Grace Bible Church. Richard became a Deacon in 2005.
